A fun stay-and-play session for your kids, with lots of toys to play with as well as arts and crafts. There will be some singing at the end of the session.
This is a 30 minute full body work out and deep stretch for new mums (6 weeks post natal and beyond), led by a NASM Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer.
We will focus on rebuilding your core and full body strength through bodyweight work, low impact HIIT and weight work... all done to some motivational pop classics!
All exercises can (and will!) be fully tailored - you can do it baby wearing (bring your own sling!) or with your baby on the mat and all fitness levels are welcome.
