This is a 30 minute full body sculpt session with a mixture of HIIT and resistance work. You can do the exercises with your baby as long as they are under 12 months old or you can use the weights provided.

Ealing 135 member tickets cost £8 for the class which is for one adult plus one baby.
If you are not a member, you can purchase a family membership with your tickets or buy non members tickets.
Non member tickets are £12 for the class which is for one adult plus one baby.

How to get in:
Enter from Mattock Lane and take the right hand door to the main reception/foyer. The Bernard Shaw Room is on the ground floor, on the right hand side. Please bring pushchairs into the room and refrain from blocking the corridor.
