W5 5BQ \nThis is a 30 minute full body sculpt session with a mixture of HIIT and resistance work. You can do the exercises with your baby as long as they are under 12 months old or you can use the weights provided. \nHow to get in:\nEnter from Mattock Lane and take the right hand door to the main reception/foyer. The Bernard Shaw Room is on the ground floor\, on the right hand side. Please bring pushchairs into the room and refrain from blocking the corridor. \nTickets:\nTickets will available for purchase on this page a few days before the activity. \nFor members: \n\nEaling 135 member tickets cost £8 for the class which is for one adult plus one baby.\n\n  \nFor non-members: \n\nNon member tickets are £12 for the class which is for one adult plus one baby.\n\n  \nMembership to Ealing 135 is £15 a year for the whole household or £5 a year if on benefits.
