W5 5BQ \nA fun class for parents to learn baby massage strokes to enjoy time with their baby. Suitable from 8 weeks to crawling. Includes full body routine\, colic routine and gentle yoga movements. \nHow to get in:\nEnter from Mattock Lane and take the right hand door to the main reception/foyer. The Bernard Shaw Room is on the ground floor\, on the right hand side. Please bring pushchairs into the room and refrain from blocking the corridor. \n  \nThe Baby Massage\nFrom Eilis\, Barefoot Therapies London baby massage instructor: \nClasses are suitable from 8 weeks up to when baby is crawling. Please bring a blanket or towel for baby to lie on. If you wish to use oil for massaging\, please bring your own (or you can purchase from me in cash\, more details below.) \nPlease wear comfortable\, loose clothing yourself as we will be sitting on the floor. I will demonstrate how to massage your baby on a doll and hopefully you will practice on your baby\, if they would like to be massaged at that time. Alternatively\, I have other dolls which you can practice on. \nI aim to make my baby massage classes fun and relaxed. You are free to feed your babies\, move around\, change them etc. during the class. \nWe will focus on an area of the body each week. Over 6 weeks you will learn the full body massage routine\, yoga movements\, colic routine\, information on when best to massage your baby\, positioning\, advice on oils\, babies cues etc. The full body includes legs & feet\, stomach\, chest\, arms & hands\, face & back. \nOil/cream of your choice. We recommend vegetable based oils e.g. sunflower\, coconut\, grapeseed\, almond\, groundnut etc. Always advisable to do 24 hour skin patch test first. If GP has prescribed a specific cream bring this. Sunflower oil will be available for purchase (£5 cash.) \n  \nTickets:\nTickets will available for purchase on this page a few days before the activity. \nFor members: \nEaling 135 member tickets cost £12. \n  \nFor non-members: \nNon member tickets are £18. \n  \nMembership to Ealing 135 is £15 a year for the whole household or £5 a year if on benefits.
